How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and related data through the following steps:

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Go to the "Me" page
3. Tap the company name at the top to enter the personal information page
4. Tap "Delete Account"

Data That Will Be Deleted

After your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:

• Account information
• Authentication data
• User profile information
• Application business data

Retained Data

In accordance with legal obligations and security requirements, certain log records may be retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
